October 4th: 6 pints of tomato sauce, 2 pints of pickled peppers, and a quart and a pint of dill pickle spears.
September 20th: A quart and four pints of diced tomatoes, cold packed in juice. Five pints of bread-and-butter pickles.
July 11th: Raspberry jam: two half pints and four quarters. Elderberry syrup.
June 27th: Made five pints of strawberry jam (strawberries picked last Tuesday, sugar, pectin) and four of strawberry-rhubarb jam (strawberries, sugar, our rhubarb picked fresh, pectin).
