notes: Arugula is super easy to grow: just sprinkle the seeds on a vaguely prepared seed-bed. It germinates quickly (3-5 days) and is ready to eat in a few weeks, but it also goes to seed quickly so succession plantings are useful to make sure you have a consistent supply. Commercial farmers harvest whole plants at a time, but I just pull leaves as needed.
