Pruden's Purple tomato

notes: A tasty beefstake tomato: a match for Brandywine in flavor. In our very sunny garden they were a pale pink, but other people had very pretty brownish-purple fruits with green shoulders from the same seeds. Also known as Prudens Purple and Prudence Purple.
Recent Farm Updates
- June 17, 2013 - Sowed more Danvers Half Long carrots, as well as replacement Black zucchini and both types of beans.
- June 13, 2013 - 6/2 zucchini, 5/30 parsnips beginning to sprout.
- June 10, 2013 - Moskvich tomato starting to flower. Planted out five Aunt Molly's ground cherry (or actually I think seven... some of them were double-seeded).
